OneBooking is an online booking platform for beauty salons, hairdressers, barbers, nail salons, massage therapists, wellness centers, aesthetic clinics and local service professionals.

Our mission is simple: help professionals get more clients, manage appointments easily, and grow their business online.

We are now expanding across Europe and looking for one motivated Country Manager in Serbia.

Your Role

As Country Manager for Serbia, you will be responsible for launching and growing OneBooking in your country.

You will contact local professionals, present the platform, help salons register or claim their profile, and build partnerships with beauty and wellness businesses.

Important: we are selecting only one Country Manager per country.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop OneBooking in Serbia
• Contact salons, beauty institutes, barbers, massage centers, nail salons and aesthetic clinics
• Present the OneBooking platform to professionals
• Help professionals register and claim their salon profile
• Build local partnerships
• Give feedback about local pricing, competitors, customer needs and market opportunities
• Support local launch campaigns
• Help increase OneBooking brand awareness in Serbia
• Help onboard professionals and explain the platform benefits
• Report local market progress to the OneBooking team

Profile We Are Looking For

• Motivated, independent and business-minded
• Comfortable speaking with business owners
• Strong communication skills in the local language
• Interested in beauty, wellness, local services or digital platforms
• Able to work remotely
• Serious, reliable and results-oriented
• Sales, business development, beauty, wellness, SaaS, marketplace or local advertising experience is a plus
• Local market knowledge is a strong advantage

Compensation

This is a performance-based partnership opportunity.

Estimated monthly earning potential: €8,000 to €15,000 per month depending on results.

Important: This amount is not a guaranteed fixed salary. Monthly earnings depend on your activity, signed professionals, local partnerships, onboarding results, sales performance and country development.
